From -40°C to + 170°C (-40°F to +338°F).
WORKING PRESSURE:
Maximum working pressures are based on 10:1 safety factor (maximum working pressure to minimum burst pressure).
APPLICABLE SPECS:
FDA Title 21, art. 177.2600 for aqueous foods.
